We are happy to replace goods that have been lost or damaged in transit. Customer will be required to provide evidence of damage.

We will refund or exchange goods that have not been used. The goods must be returned to us within 14 working days from date of purchase. After inspection of goods, refunds will be issued within 10 working days. Postage costs of returned goods will not be refunded, except when breakages or damaged goods are being replaced.
